when I started I had 22 links. my first session resulted in a mere 4, yes 4 rotations. 2nd session I was up to 2 sets of 8, plus some odd ones. 3rd session I managed chains of 10, 10 and 15. 4th session 1 link off!! and sets of 10, 15 and even one of 26. 5th session was the one which got the rhythm going, with mainly 10s but finished on a wonderful 100, yes 100!! 6th session was just 15 minutes but I managed 4 sets of 100 in each direction!!! My weight is dropping steadily and my body shape is starting to change too. Had a rest day yesterday (as it was Christmas 2024), but I'll be looking forward to more sets of 100 today and watching those links come off over the coming weeks. For someone who suffers from Psoriatic arthritis I was sceptical but my joints are notably better and I'm enjoying greater flexibility. The best purchase I've made in a very long time. I absolutely love this thing. Very easy to assemble, good quality, comfortable.. the only thing I would say is a little rough is just getting it to keep going but at the same time, it’s kinda good because it gives you more of a workout. It has worked from my torso down to my thighs! So very excited to start seeing the results!

I bought my hoop and received it on March 9th. I have put in a lot of effort and counted calories also. I started this journey at 237lbs and now I am 147lbs. I hoop every day for at least 30 minutes a day but usually hoop for 3 30 minute sessions a day. It hasn’t even been a year and I went from a 18 in pants to a size 4! I feel so much better and I have so much more energy! I love my Infinity hoop!

I got the infinity hoop and use it every day for 30 mins. In 30 days I took a link out that equals 2 inches. I love it. Does not feel like a workout. Even got one to leave at work to do on my lunch hour. That is how much I like this.

Ok, but it totally is? I have hated cardio my whole 34 years of life and being sweaty, but this? This is actually fun! Put on the tunes and get moving. This paired with a more mindful diet has helped me to feel better already, I’m already down a link in 2 weeks! (To be fair, I was in between sizes and had a 39” waist, so I’ve only lost an inch, but still!)
